ONLINE RBT TRAINING COURSE - 40 HOURS
What is ABA Therapy and the Role of an RBT?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific, evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding and improving behaviors. It's widely used to help children with autism and developmental delays build important life skills such as communication, social interaction, and independence.
ABA therapy is personalized and data-driven. It breaks down skills into small, teachable steps and uses positive reinforcement to help individuals learn over time. The techniques are proven to work and can be adapted to each child's needs.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are trained and certified professionals who work directly with children, implementing therapy plans designed by BCBAs. They are essential to daily progress in ABA therapy.
